Use the LogTag Interface and the free LogTag Analyzer software.
The LogTag can easily set parameters including: delay start, sampling time, number of reading points, overwrite or stop when memory is full and configuration of conditions to trigger alerts.
Data downloaded using LogTag Analyzer software provides data types such as charts, enumeration data, statistics and allows exporting to other applications like Excel.
